Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document clear business requirements. Profile and explore large raw datasets to detect trends, data quality issues, and business insights. Design and implement efficient, scalable data models (e.g., star schema) to support analytics and reporting. Build intuitive, UX-focused Power BI dashboards that enhance decision-making. Develop performant SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis. Translate business needs into robust data solutions and maintain clear model/pipeline documentation. SQL proficiency and experience designing data models and schemas, including data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas). Hands-on experience with Power BI, strong understanding of UX and data visualization principles. Skilled at handling large, raw datasets and optimizing them into structured, analytics-ready models. Excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and convey data concepts to non-technical stakeholder. Curious, analytical thinker with strong business context awareness.
