- Support operational greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory development, climate-related disclosures, governance deliveries, and the audit of operational data and metrics. - Support continuous improvement through the development, optimization, and independent verification of policies and procedures. - Support employee engagement communications and initiatives. - Support development of strategic initiatives, tactical analytics, and cross functional partnerships. - Create effective presentations and support stakeholder management at all levels of the organization. - Complete tasks and project work by progressing them both independently and as part of a collaborative project team. - Experience managing operational GHG inventories, including scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and their disclosure for internal, public, and regulatory purposes and a detailed understanding of the GHG Protocol - Familiar with the evolving climate regulations and standards with experience supporting regulatory ESG compliance - Critical thinker, problem solver, clear communicator, client focused contributor that delivers timely, high-quality solutions - Communicate effectively on climate-related issues, and you have experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Familiar with sustainability software systems - Knowledge of real estate leasing, design, construction, or operations Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
