Operational Risk - Fraud & Incident Mgmt., US Banks, Director, Wealth Management

> Maintain metrics and reporting for senior management, committee presentations, and regulators. Perform incident analysis to facilitate transparency on operational risks impacting the Banks. > Support Bank Risk governance forums and working groups through providing metrics and insight on key operational risk areas. > Support First Line Bank Business Risk team to maintain and report compliance with Bank Incident Management policy. > Perform incident analysis to identify and confirm incidents applicable to the Banks and support First Line Bank Business Risk team to perform quality assurance review. > Collaborate with stakeholders and across all three lines of defense to confirm comprehensive and consistent practices are followed to allow for a successful oversight program that proactively manages and assesses operational risk. > Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or other related field. > Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in financial services industry; preferably in operational risk management, internal audit, compliance, or operations. > Demonstrate an understanding of various risk management frameworks and requirements. > Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently, and effectively. > Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities; with the ability to make actionable recommendations.
