- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across HCM functional teams globally - Support regional HCM Risk Officer leads in the management of the Operational Risk Incident (ORI) life cycle from event intake to resolution - Carry out, and brief HCM Risk Officer leads on the outcomes of, root cause analysis reviews into ORIs, identifying thematic issues and appropriate process and control enhancements in mitigation - Monitor open ORIs and associated action items, engage with HCM action owners to expedite closure, escalating where appropriate - Create and maintain records of ORIs in Firm systems as required by Firm policy, managing stakeholder queries where needed - Support regional HCM Information Security Officer leads in the management of data leakage incidents and with other information security related activities, advising HCM colleagues in relation to information security best practices and Firm reporting requirements - Produce operational risk reporting and other management information as required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Proven ability to anticipate and identify risks and determine effective process and control enhancements in mitigation - Previous exposure and knowledge around Human Resources, Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Frameworks is highly advantageous Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
