National RIA Sales Associate

Support Senior Business Development Managers in growing and maintaining relationships with National RIAs and strategic partnerships Serve as a direct point of contact for day-to-day servicing of multi-family office relationships, including preparation of investment analyses and presentation materials. Support business development efforts by preparing prospecting materials and running customized investment proposals. Coordinate the dissemination of platform updates and key initiatives to national RIA teams and relevant internal stakeholders. Partner with internal departments including Operations, Legal, Client Service, Portfolio Management, Product Management, and Sales to resolve client inquiries and ensure seamless execution of requests. Maintain CRM and internal tracking tools with up-to-date client activity and reporting. Assist in planning and execution of client meetings, conferences, and virtual events. Bachelor's degree required. FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred 1- 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably within asset management, client service, or sales support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand investment strategies and communicate them effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be comfortable managing high volumes of work and meeting tight deadlines. Proactive and high-energy team player with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems and ability to learn proprietary software quickly. Demonstrated ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
