> Create and validate monthly metrics and reports presented to MRM senior leaders and stakeholders > Lead efforts to analyze data trends and ensure data is accurate and comprehensive > Develop and implement dashboards, automated reporting processes and analytical tools for managing and monitoring risk across MRM > Continually evaluate existing reports, processes, and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of these reports and analytical tools > Respond to regulatory and audit requests for information > Liaise with Model validation teams across MRM > Manage ad-hoc requests from senior management to ensure timely and accurate responses. > Bachelors / Master's Degree in finance, computer science, or engineering > 7-9 years of work experience in financial reporting, risk management, and/or project management > Preferred knowledge of risk management through industry experience > Expertise in data extraction and manipulation (SQL), data visualization tools (PowerBI), reporting process automation (VBA, MS PowerApps), proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel and PowerPoint) > Attention to details is a must have with a keen sense of ownership and accountability for work > Very good communication skills, both oral and written Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 year at the commencement of employment.
