Marketing Data & Automation, Digital Ops - Vice President - Investment Management

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly data driven deliverables Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key data, systems, and automation related projects Collaborate across teams, both internal and external, to support the launch of new products and the execution of product action across our global websites Manage a small team of individuals involved with Digital Operations responsibilities such as reviewing data flows to the websites, digital properties etc. and also manage automation initiatives, involving creation of data flow structures, data mapping and partnering with Technology to drive automation. IMPORTANT: The role is a combination of individual contributor, people management responsibilities and overall functional responsibilities. Contribute to ongoing data quality and efficiency improvements Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-past environment while maintaining the highest level of quality Work closely with the Head of Data and Automation on strategic projects. Ability to create and cascade meaningful status updates on regular BAU tasks and strategic projects within and across teams Provide back up to other team members Strong attention to detail with solid critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work product under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and influence working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across functional areas within a financial institution Strong Project management and communication skills Ability to influence change and think strategically Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a globally dispersed Marketing Operations team Working knowledge of the investment management industry and AEM reporting platform a plus BA/BS degree Minimum of 8-10 years of industry related experience Ability to navigate confidently and effectively within and across multiple functional areas Team player with the ability to work independently Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exposure to AEM, Seismic, JIRA, Red Oak, and Teams a plus Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
