Firm Risk Management
In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Participate in setting and executing data standards, data architecture, data processes and requirements for the Market Risk Department and the Risk Management Division
• Participate in various data-related strategic programs targeting BCBS 239 implementation across the Firm (e.g. Risk Data Catalog, Risk Data Aggregation, Data Lineage, etc.)
• Deliver high quality management information to support senior stakeholders across the Firm in discussions and in the decision-making process for data-related projects
• Support firmwide data strategy efforts and represent the interest of the Market Risk Department
• Interface and manage relationships with internal stakeholders within the wider Risk Management Division, the Technology Division and the Front Office
What you'll bring to the role:
Educational Qualifications:
• University or College degree in any data related field, statistics or business management
• Basic understanding of financial markets, risk management concepts and models and financial products
• Ability to work independently, proactively and taking ownership
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic and critical thinking
• Strong risk and control mindset
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills will be key in balancing daily deadlines with timely implementation of strategic projects
• Proficient in written and verbal communication (in English)
• Basic familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets is favorable on at least one platform such as Excel, MatLab, R, Python, VBA or SQL
You might also have:
• Good understanding of Agile Principles
• Experience in UAT and in product development support
