Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) COO teams and stakeholders to offer strategic advice on market data products and manage spending. Educate and influence BU strategies regarding market data services, including guiding product selection Analyze contract pipelines, provide spend insights, and generate activity summaries for ongoing projects Serve as the primary contact for business inquiries about new vendor data and product requests and lead global market data initiatives Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to maintain knowledge of vendor strategies and product roadmaps, manage competitive product displacements, and facilitate global contract renewals. Identify and implement cost-saving demand management opportunities, particularly through contract renewals and vendor product displacements, and collaborate on financial reporting and budgeting with Finance and BU COO teams Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong critical thinking with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in managing and prioritizing tasks, with a deep understanding of data provider products, strategies, and roadmaps. Skilled in influencing and communicating with senior level stakeholders and implementing market data strategies effectively. Strong project management capabilities and adept at using MS Office, BI tools, and systems like Ariba and FITS-Market Data Inventory. Proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable team player with the ability to analyze and clarify ambiguous requirements and business needs and translate them into actionable plans. At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance/banking Candidate must have business level English language skills in both verbal and written communications.
