Management Reporting, Associate / Director, Finance

Collaborate with Business Units and Finance colleagues across regions to handle Budget, Forecast, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), and to achieve business goals Work closely with HK/LN/NY Finance teams on Asia regional and global reporting for senior management. Manage Technology initiatives to achieve efficiency (e.g. report automation) Support business decision making by exhibiting financial expertise Work with necessary requirement from external auditors and regulators (e.g. FSA, BOJ, Rating Agency etc.) An understanding, experience, or qualification at least one of the following areas: Management Reporting, FP&A, Accounting, CPA/CFA, Expense Management, Cost Allocation University degree (BSc or BA) in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is a plus though not required Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills, and attention to details Willingness to challenge status quo to seek further improvements and efficiency Ability and willingness to work with teams across regions towards the achievement of common goals Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Macro, PowerPoint, Word) Digital tool (IBM Cognos TM1, Power BI etc.) and/or technology project management experience is a plus though not required Language: business level English & Japanese Years of work experience in a related field: over 2 years for Associate, over 5 years for Director Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
