Management Professionals - Technology (multiple opportunities)
We are currently looking to fill multiple technology management roles across the Montreal office. From opportunities in business management, workforce strategy advisors, chiefs of staff and project/program management, the growth of our technology teams is mirrored by an increased interest in hiring management support from all horizons right here in Montreal.

What you will bring to the role :
All of our potential candidates should have, at minimum, the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Organized, able to manage multiple projects from multiple clients
- Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information and act as a business advisor to senior audiences
- Very comfortable with data - capacity to work with various data sources, produce reports and analysis (minimum of intermediate to advanced excel skills - we have other data sources which are optional but one must be comfortable learning new tools)
Things to highlight on your resume
While these are not required, we are very interested in speaking with people who have exposure to the following items. Do not hesitate to highlight them on your resume !
- Background in Technology, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Strategy
- Any experience in management
- Strong process management skills and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time
- Experience with global organizations
- Experience in processing information, translating it into plans and presenting summaries to stakeholders.
- Experience in a relationship management role with the objective of building and maintaining solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of labor budgeting processes and concepts
- Experience in workforce planning/strategy, business management, or procurement.
- Experience in roles requiring high level of discretion and ability to work on confidential projects with Compliance, HR, and Legal teams
- Proven work experience within a PMO or as a program manager
