Learning and Instructional Design Specialist

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver dynamic adult learning experiences - both live and online - that cover audit, business, technical, professional, and managerial skills. Identify and implement innovative digital learning solutions to enhance the Internal Audit Curriculum. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance participant engagement and encourage active involvement. Develop concise, engaging, and accessible content that simplifies complex topics for adult learners. Evaluate and improve the impact and effectiveness of training programs. Effectively partner with colleagues and stakeholders globally to drive effective working relationships and ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives aligned to departmental priorities. Effectively manage projects and deliverables within deadlines. A minimum of six years' relevant experience related to instructional design consistent with adult learning theories Strong writing, editing and instructional design skills, including ability to design quizzes, simulations and performance-based assessments Advanced ability to design innovative content that appeals to various levels and learning styles in multiple modalities (e.g., quick reference guides, videos, online, instructor-led) while being ADA compliant Prior experience in large and small-group training facilitation Knowledge and application of current and emerging learning and development trends Highly collaborative, proactive and resourceful attitude Ability to effectively manage deliverables to meet quality requirements and deadlines Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Rise Experience with WellSaid Labs preferred Experience working in Financial Services a plus Experience facilitating personality/leadership assessments, such as Hogan Assessment, DISC, or Myers Briggs a plus Ability to coach and mentor others and create an inclusive work environment for team Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $135,000 and $203,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
