We're seeking someone to join our Experienced Hire team as a Lead Experienced Hire Recruitment Business Partner. This role will be aligned to our Revenue generating divisions (Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Management) and oversee the Recruitment Business Partner layer of our experienced hire recruiting function in our Budapest office.This role will not only provide local leadership, mentorship and operational excellence to our Recruitment Business Partners but also manage the delivery of our experienced hire recruiting for the Revenue divisions.In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role:• Act as a trusted advisor and partner with Revenue division Business Leaders, COO's, and Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Partners in relation to growth forecasting and demand planning, attrition reviews, and translate business requirements into fit for purpose recruitment strategies, targets and KPIs in line with their talent needs, business growth agenda and diversity goals. • Support the EMEA Revenue Experienced Hire Lead in managing the RPO relationship to ensure high quality service delivery against SLAs • Provide strategic direction to RPO Vendor Recruitment Managers for your lines of business, ensuring the service is set up to meet business needs through the prioritization of activity, working together to build impactful solutions to key priorities and challenges. • Build an expert level understanding of the hiring practices and complexities within your lines of business, establishing value add partnerships across HCM functions, leading issue resolution and driving process improvements. • Leverage internal HR reporting tools, market insights and competitive intelligence, alongside RPO vendor performance data to drive transparency, build and present regular dashboards and data driven insights to the business and inform hiring tactics and decisions. Drive diverse and inclusive hiring practices, implementing business unit recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of high calibre diverse talent • Serve as a senior point of contact and escalation for Budapest Experienced Hire. • In partnership with the EMEA Revenue & Co-Infrastructure Experienced Hire Leads mentor and coach the local Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) fostering development, knowledge share and consistency in delivery. • Lead continuous improvement tactics in partnership with the other RBPs, our EMEA Operations & Strategy lead and Revenue & Co-Infrastructure Experienced Hire Leads to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience. • Represent the firm at events locally and partner with the Recruitment Marketing function to enhance the Budapest employer brand and attract the right talent. • Represent Experienced Hire in local management forums and committees, • Act as the bridge between recruitment operations, recruitment marketing, sourcing, recruiting and onboarding to ensure a seamless delivery of Revenue hiring.What you'll bring to the role:• Deep understanding of recruitment in a financial services, corporate or blue-chip environment. • Proven ability to lead and inspire high performing teams, flexing between operational and strategic leadership as needed. • Client focused, with the ability to forge solid relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborate across businesses and borders • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Ability to appropriately influence senior decision-makers and is resilient when challenged. • Strong IT, Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to draw insights from metrics and apply them to strategy. #LI-JL1 #LI-Hybrid #BPPMWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
