Read on...What you'll do in the role: * Understand business requirements and technical specifications to design test cases, automate, and deliver projects run on Agile methodology. * Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of testing efforts with business goals * Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression and E2E testing on all client platforms * Manage test cycles, including test planning, scheduling and reporting testing acitivities and progress. * Track and manage defect using Jira * Ensure adherence to QA processes and continuously seek opportunities for improvements * Participate i release readiness reviews and own the QA sign off process for Banking applications.What you'll bring to the role: * Minimum BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field. * 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in QA. * At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role * Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC , Agile methodologies, test and defect management. * Experience in API testing, SQL and Unix/Linux environments. * Team player with good communication skills to work effectively in a global team * Self-driven, motivated, and innovativeDesired Skills * Prior experience working in the Financial Services Industry * Working knowledge in Cypress * Experience in CI/CDWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
