Lead Python Developer_Director_Data & Analytics Engineering

Lead the development team in building and maintaining our Python-based Front Office & ESG data platforms Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines using modern Python frameworks Architect database solutions across Snowflake and other SQL environments Establish coding standards, review code, and mentor junior team members on best practices Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders Ensure application security, performance, and scalability Drive continuous improvement in development practices At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role 6+ years of Python development experience (Python 3 preferred) Strong expertise in data processing with Pandas or Polars Proven experience in building data pipelines and general data engineering practices Experience with database technologies including Snowflake and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy Proficiency developing REST APIs in Python Solid understanding of Python testing frameworks Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
