At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams. Strategic planning and execution of engineering projects. Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
