- Support of the yearly Covered Employee process: Prepare data analytics and data models, primarily in Excel, to support the execution of the yearly process and identify key insights. - Support decision making process: Participate in preparing documents and presentations to facilitate the decision-making process of senior stakeholders. - Automation: Identify and facilitate opportunities to streamline, automate, and collaborate with other teams to enable IT system implementation and integration. - Documentation: ensure proper documentation of the annual processes to support various internal quality control requests and reviews. - Collaboration with various stakeholders: Partner with business specific and Firmwide stakeholders, including Risk Management and Legal and Compliance. - Bachelor's degree with at least 0 - 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. - Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical, concise way. - Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to multiple stakeholders and senior management. - Must have excellent organizational and planning skills with thorough attention to detail. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
