Morgan Stanley are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Access Management Onboarding Team as a Business Analyst in IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT to help evolve our tools and processes to support the business.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks, developing an understanding of the business and operating environment.
  • Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs and expectations.
  • Take ownership of requirement management, ensuring traceability from initial requirements through to system deployment and maintenance
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation within the organization.


What you'll bring to the role:
  • Ability to engage with the broader team, communicate goals, tasks and deliverables in 1-1 and team meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
