Role Description:We are looking for Hands-on technology leader to provide regional supervisory oversight and global functional management by partnering with the stakeholders across Non-Financial Risk Tech functions. Candidate will lead and manage all aspects of running a business.This candidate will provide supervisory oversight to our growing team in Mumbai and Bangalore and lead one or more global functions from Mumbai. Strong client stakeholder skills paired with hands-on comfort in driving technology strategy decisions are key for success in this role. Responsibilities include: * Driving an integrated scalable design that supports regional requirements while minimizing maintenance overhead. * Lead a team of technical leads, and developers globally, providing architecture expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery. * Managing stakeholder engagements and developing strong client relationships. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies, and high-quality deliverables. * Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication. * Serving as a key advisor to senior management, providing insights and facilitating decision-making processes. * Optimizing business process to improve overall efficiency. * Managing recruiting, talent retention, and career growth activities. * Leading a global Legal and Compliance Technology function## Required Skills:## * 14 years of experience in Application development. * Expertise in designing and implementing Enterprise scale complex business applications using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, caching solution, message brokers (e.g. Kafka), PostgreSQL, workflow solutions. * Expertise in designing On-Premises to Cloud integrations with SaaS based platforms and vendor solutions. * In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and system integrations * Strong DevOps focus and experience with CI/CD tools. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and break down complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working with a certain level of ambiguity. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
