Java PHP Developer_Director_Software Engineering

Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable code. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Estimate development timelines and ensure timely delivery of features. Assures unit and integration tests are successfully completed prior to production. Tests programs for integration prior to production. Mentoring other software developers and IT staff member Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owner, dev, and QA engineers. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role PHP - Enterprise level working experience in PHP applications Bachelor's degree (pref.
