Java PHP Developer_Director_Software Engineering

Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable code. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Estimate development timelines and ensure timely delivery of features. Assures unit and integration tests are successfully completed prior to production. Tests programs for integration prior to production. Mentoring other software developers and IT staff member Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owner, dev, and QA engineers. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role PHP - Enterprise level working experience in PHP applications Bachelor's degree (pref. Computer Science or related degree) or equivalent experience Highly self-motivated, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance, and to learn independently Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in working in a cross-functional team comprised of PO, QA, Development and PMO members Ability to juggle tasks and priorities to meet rapidly changing deadlines Advanced Java Concepts Data Structures & Algorithms Spring, Spring Boot Services, Restful Services & API design JDBC and JPA/Hibernate Relational DB principles using Structured Query Language (SQL) Proficiency in UNIX/Linux Agile/Scrum methodologies Dev tools - Gradle, Splunk, Atlassian Suite of Products, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, vssh Exposure of AI tools like - GitHub Copilot or any other equivalent tools Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
