Java fullstack - Director - Software Engineering

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Java/Fullstack Developer in the Identity & Access Management team.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is a Cloud & infrastructure Engineering III position at Associate/Director Level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively..

What you'll do in the role:

  • Experience in leading teams technically, working with stakeholders
  • Solid experience on large scale web-based application development.
  • Strong 4-8 years' experience on Java, Spring, Angular (or equivalent framework)
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit (or equivalent).
  • Experience with software design patterns, performance / memory analysis, and n-tier service-oriented architecture.
  • The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can execute tactically, be a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be able to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Should be familiar with database: DB2/Sybase or Oracle and relevant tools


What you'll bring to the role:
  • Familiar with script languages, like Perl or Python
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux environment Test


Qualifications/Criterion
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in an area relevant to this position
