Java Developer_Vice President_Software Engineering

Supports clients in attracting, developing and engaging employees through Technology innovation. Implements Technology to help reinforce the Firm's brand through driving new business and fostering business collaboration. This is a leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong project delivery and team management skills. You will play a key role in designing and building robust enterprise solutions, driving the development process, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Lead architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. Technologist with 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java and related technologies. Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Hands in SQL / PLSQL - Should have experience in writing and debugging SQL statements/procedures. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions) and release management processes. Proven experience in building and deploying applications in the Cloud.
