Java Developer_Vice President_Lead Software Engineer

You will collaborate closely with our architecture team to ensure industrial and departmental best practices are being followed and will drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies to enhance our fraud prevention capabilities. In this leadership role, you will serve as a key liaison among our fraud analytics, reporting, and data governance teams. You will provide technical guidance to the development team, share ownership of core projects, and foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement as a member of an Agile squad. You will be expected to contribute to strategic decisions, mentor junior developers, and promote the use of modern software engineering tools and best practices.
