We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Execution of Secured Financing trades in Repo, Securities Lending and TRS Manage market risk and liquidity risk limit frameworks for secured funding activity Develop analytics and presentations for secured funding activity Monitor the composition of the Firm's securities balance sheet to inform secured funding footprint Present balance and client trends in various daily and weekly meetings Understand and optimize financial resource consumption by secured financing activity, including coordinating with DSP, PB, and Rates to achieve ISG's financial resource targets Structure new secured financing opportunities by liaising with Legal & Documentation groups to negotiate MRA, MSLA, ISDA, etc Cross-divisional collaboration with members of Delta One Structured Products, Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending, Client Financing, Corporate Treasury, and trading desks across FID and IED
