Instructional Designer ,Client Segments, Director, Wealth Management

> Meet with training, product, business and technology owners to understand project details and downstream impacts to existing processes > Review plans for overarching training content and make recommendations for enhancements, improvement, and optimization > Define learning objectives and develop a customized training plan based on target audiences > Design and develop training of all forms (including but not limited to e-learning courses, quick reference materials, online reference materials, instructor led training, meetings in a box, curriculums, sandbox environments, etc.) > Design and develop in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) > Design and develop short videos in Adobe After Effects adding custom animations, titles and content > Understand business requirements and translate them into AEM deliverables > Develop AEM templates and documentation surrounding use > Design and develop graphics, infographics and iconography in Adobe Photoshop > Document workflow processes end to end > Coordinate review and approvals of training content with business and technology owners > Create and adhere to project timelines and escalate risks as needed Requirements: > A degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, other related degree, or relevant experience > 6 + years in training, instructional design, or creative services role > 2 + years of project/program management. > Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, javascript, JSS, and web coding 5-8 years experience > Expert knowledge of Articulate 360 (with emphasis in Storyline 360 and Rise 360) - 5-8 years hands on experience > Expert knowledge Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editing software - 3-5 ears hands on experience > Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Captivate 2-3 years experience > Expert Adobe Photoshop skills 5-8 years hands on experience > Expert Adobe After Effects skillset 5-8 years hands on experience > Advanced knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning, preferably in a highly regulated market > Strong communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills > Ability to work independently, draft individual project plans, manage to deadlines and communicate across larger team goals, deliverables and milestones > Establish, maintain, and support strong working relationships > Ability to work in an environment with multiple high priority projects > Demonstrates accountability, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail to promote confidence and trust in their work Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
