Key Areas Of Responsibility Include And Not Limited To Assist with managing the client relationship management database Assist with the account opening process for new investors Monitor client flows in/out of our funds Work on qualitative materials and data analytics for request for proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnaires Prepare customised material for client presentations Respond to ad hoc requests from clients Act as the main point of contact with internal Compliance teams and Legal teams Prepare pipeline and sales activity reporting Provide accurate, responsive translation to internal stakeholders, including enquiries and documentations Experience of Investment Management business with proficient product knowledge preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively project manage his/her assignments meeting all deadlines Highly detail-oriented, self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment Strong organisational and analytical skill and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement Must be fluent in English and Mandarin with written (simplified and traditional) Chinese, proficient in Cantonese also preferred Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
