Our team is committed to delivering exceptional data protection services to our internal clients by utilizing both third-party and custom-built solutions. While we are fundamentally an engineering team, we maintain a close collaboration with operations and assist with troubleshooting when required. Nevertheless, the core of our efforts is spent building innovative products and performing third-party product integration work. Given the high variety of tasks we undertake, there's always something new and exciting to engage with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate third-party vendor backup solutions
  • Develop in-house applications for the technology platform, including testing and capacity management tooling
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand and address customer requirements
  • Advise, discuss, and articulate technical solutions effectively
  • Work closely with team members to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Foster a team-oriented environment by actively participating in team meetings and contributing to team goals


Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the on-premise technology stack, including storage, networking, and operating systems
  • Experience with backup and data protection platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make fast decisions using sound judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers with differing technical specializations
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a global team, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills


Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency or a passion to learn at least one high-level programming language
  • Systems administration experience in UNIX and/or Windows Server environments
  • Experience in other areas of storage (SAN, NAS, S3 object storage)
  • Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Experience with Cloud Computing
  • Experience in running projects
  • Experience in software vulnerability detection, security hardening, and penetration testing
