Support risk and vendor management programs within the Americas HCM division including Operational Risk, Third Party Risk, and Cyber Risk/Information Security. Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively determine process improvements focused on risk mitigation. Respond to and resolve urgent escalations along with appropriate SME and/or stakeholders Carry out deep dives into risk incidents and analysis of thematic operational risks. Coordinate with various audit and Control Functions regarding reviews of Americas HCM processes, responsibilities and controls. Support the evolution of reporting for senior management including thematic reporting, KPI/KRIs and insights based HCM's risk appetite statement and historic operational risks incidents.
