Enforce the testing framework across HR systems. Standardize test planning, traceability, regression testing and UAT coordination across all projects. Act as testing lead for complex projects, managing scope, timelines, and quality gates. Track and report testing progress and risks. Ensure user scenarios are comprehensive, validated, and support go-live readiness. Monitor defect trends, testing metrics and system readiness. Facilitate root cause analysis and contribution to continuous improvement efforts At least 8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in relation to testing activities and a Bachelor Degree would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Proven success in coordinating complex projects, managing timelines, stakeholder, and interdependent workstreams Familiarity with JIRA Strong skills in cross-functional communication, delivery tracking and risk management Strong experience with MS Excel: Comfortability and familiarity with data wrangling and manipulation / transformation.
