HR Data Product Analyst (Hybrid)

User Stories: Assist in transforming use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development. Analysis: Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives Backlog Management: Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with thea PO and Development team Testing: Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the UAT teams to facilitate end user testing. Change Management: Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources. Production Monitoring & Support: Provide production support to end users, use data to monitor product stability and identify areas of improvement to drive enhanced user experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role Strength in data modelling , wrangling and data visualization with technologies, finally familiarity with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of product backlog management. Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business process and data analysis. Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
