We're seeking someone to join our team as EMEA Benefits Manager. The EMEA Benefits Team is responsible for the management, monitoring, and development of the Benefits and Pension Programmes across the UK and the wider EMEA region. Operating across all business lines, the team is supported by an outsourced service centre that delivers the administration of these programmes.
The team remains focused on its core objectives: enhancing employee appreciation of the value of benefits, continuously evolving offerings to remain competitive, and maintaining strong governance and control over risk and cost.
Within the EMEA Benefits and Pensions Team, this Director-level role is primarily responsible for the effective management of benefits and related projects. Key areas of focus include vendor management, project management, benefits benchmarking, employee engagement, stakeholder management, and strategic client support.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Benefits team.

What you'll do in the role:
• Own and evolve the full lifecycle of EMEA Benefits programming - from design and benchmarking to renewals and delivery.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking and data-driven reviews to ensure our benefits remain competitive and compelling.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the employee value proposition and drive engagement.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of benefit vendors, ensuring service excellence, continuous improvement, and robust risk management.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and legislative changes to inform policy updates and benefit design.
• Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to lead contract negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, including HRIT and risk management coordination and technology security due diligence.
• Lead RFP processes and maintain strong relationships with external consultants.
• Drive benefit-related projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver strategic communications that elevate the employee experience.
• Provide expert support to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on complex benefits queries.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including resolution of employee enquiries.
• Manage the delivery of enrolment and implementation campaigns across the region, as well as other enrolment windows throughout the year.
• Support the broader team with ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What you'll bring to the role:
• An experienced Employee Benefits professional with 7+ years of experience.
• An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Confident engaging across all levels of the organisation, including senior management, business sponsors and external service providers.
• Highly organised and methodical, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Execution-driven, with a focus on meeting milestones and delivering results.
• Appropriately assertive with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to high-quality service.
