The Workplace Design & Planning team is looking for a professional with relevant experience to provide workplace transformation, change management and communication oversight for our real estate portfolio. Act as a key member of the team to; Inform and assist with development of long-term workplace transformation strategies with the Workplace team. Coordinate with all aspects of program delivery including workplace strategy development, workplace client scope development, business unit engagement, workplace change management and end user communication channels, and workplace experience strategy development to provide effective workplace solutions for the workforce. Leverage existing Global Workplace Guidelines, governance, policies, planning metrics, principles, best practices and lessons learned to provide appropriate implementation strategies and solutions for all projects. Support coordination of senior stakeholder approvals throughout the project process for change engagements and communications. Support management of relevant change management workplace consultants as required. Leverage other Workplace Design & Planning team members for additional support and subject matter expertise as required. Manage on-going main the change program to successfully adopt our Workplace Evolution activity based working program in collaboration with workplace teammates Partner with Sourcing teams to assist with procurement of change management consultant services in collaboration with Project Management.
