Fullstack Developer - Associate - Software Engineering

Design, develop, test and deploy scalable full stack applications in a secure, high-performance environment Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions; write technical user stories which detail how business functionality is to be designed and built Write clean, maintainable code across both front end and backend technologies Integrate applications with APIs, databases and third-party systems Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools and system architectures Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, configurations and processes Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 4 years professional experience in full stack software development Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as CSS, Typescript, JavaScript and frameworks like React (preferred) or Angular Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js or Python and Rest API integration Proficiency in working with relational databases, e.g. Postgres Experience with CI-CD pipelines, Git and DevOps tools Understanding of secure coding practices and experience in regulated environments (financial services is a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure Effective communication skills with a collaborate and innovative mindset Experience of working with agile methodologies Strong sense of ownership of project and deliverables Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
