Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)

Lead the design and development of complex software systems and applications. Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and direction. Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and technical strategy. Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns. Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies. Lead efforts to refactor and optimize existing codebase for efficiency and maintainability. Maintain and enhance existing software applications to optimize performance and functionality. Integrate prepackaged software and services into the bank's technology ecosystem. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience building web applications or any relevant experience. Experience with Typescript/Javascript, Angular preferably, and/or Java, Spring, REST services. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex test scenarios. Strong proficiency in software design and architecture. Experience with large-scale distributed systems. Expertise in performance optimization and scalability.
