Field Enablement Collaborate with product, platform, and leadership to create effective micro-learning resources (playbooks, battle cards) Maintain inventory of existing training materials and source documents to ensure timely compliance review and approvals Monitor and manage business voice of the field feedback loop for refinement, effectiveness and engagement opportunities Manage continuing education process for key professional designations such as CFP Support with model documentation for annual approvals and recertifications Assist with tool monitoring and reporting Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across teams and senior stakeholders. An interest in financial planning and an ability to learn the nuances of the planning tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Experience in data analysis and querying, knowledge of Dataiku and Snowflake is a strong plus Comfort juggling multiple priorities; strong organizational and time management skills.
