Financial Business Intelligence Controller

Create and maintain data visualizations using diverse datasets to drive actionable insights and decision-making Automate reporting workflows and assist in transitioning Excel-based reports to Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau) Assist in building and maintaining Alteryx workflows that provide clean, ready-to-use data for visualization tools Identify inefficiencies in existing Excel-based processes and help implement sustainable automation solutions Document solutions and provide training or support to end-users, encouraging broader adoption of automation tools Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to understand reporting needs, align on process improvements, and ensure the successful delivery of automation and analytics solutions Support project management activities by tracking progress and creating summaries Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting/Business Informatics or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Dataiku, or proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI) Expertise in Microsoft Office automation, including advanced Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational skills, balancing various projects while maintaining high attention to detail A proactive approach, taking ownership of initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex data Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
