Educated to Degree level or equivalent. Prior Supplier Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity or Operational Risk Management experience a plus. Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to ability to summarise and present results back within an agreed timeline. Critical dependency on strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and Senior Management. Critical thinking in order to challenge processes, solve for ad hoc queries and creativity to suggest alternative approaches. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority across Finance and other divisions. Proficiency with data management, End User Computing Tools (spreadsheets and databases) and other standard computing applications (PowerPoint and Word). Flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Time management and organisational skills enabling the achievement of tight deadlines on multiple concurrent tasks.
