Working directly with clients to understand their energy needs and develop solutions to support client transactions Working with internal key-decision-makers to identify value-additive commercial opportunities to support client business Developing external pitch books and generating trade ideas Assisting in trade execution process including trade booking, new issue order taking and general sales back-up across the desk Developing cash flow models and presentations to assist with credit requests Perform related duties and participate in special projects as required Working with numerous internal teams: other sales, trading desks (natural gas/oil/metals), investment bankers, credit, legal and mid/back/administrative office staff a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 0-5 years of experience, commodity Sales, Trading, Origination, Structuring, or Investment Banking Strong financial modelling competency Strong numeracy skills, intimate understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, cashflows and corporate finance valuation. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year commencement of employment for Analyst, and between $150,000 and $200,000 per year commencement of employment for Associate.
