We currently have the opportunity for an experienced and dynamic leader. This role will be driving our India strategy whilst delivering successful outcomes for our global business and operations organization. Talent Management Manage a team, which includes providing active coaching, conducting regular career conversations, supporting employees' career aspirations and ensuring team members are equipped with appropriate functional and professional skills to perform the jobs. Actively manage team's performance; includes reviewing onboarding performance relative to business expectations, address issues, anticipate resourcing impact and manage teams' capacity. Establish effective working relationships with Business Units, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Audit, and Technology. Performs supervisory functions; this includes implementing quality and control governance in the team, review quality results, identify gaps and address accordingly with an aim of improving the team's data and process quality. Manages and owns the budget for their group, and is accountable for the effective delivery of services within budget Facilitate continuous process improvement and innovation to drive simplification and reduce onboarding cycle time across all support functions. Work with Change the Bank and Technology Teams and explore strategic development and execute changes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational risk in the process. The successful candidate will operate across various initiatives and perform a variety of functions. We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven inspirational leadership experience. University degree with 15+ years of Financial Industry experience Experience with a global investment bank, ideally within Operations. Proven leadership experience leading teams in multiple locations, large set ups, managing deployments, change programs and transformation at scale. Ability to present to senior management and organize information meaningfully and logically. Ability to partner with and build credible relationships with senior stakeholders within Operations, Technology and Investment Management business line to deliver on priorities. Flexibility, with the willingness to engage in and lead a wide range of initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to challenge the status-quo, think strategically and transform business and technology processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems.
