- Candidates for consideration must demonstrate a detailed and thorough understanding of fund administration (including Fund Accounting, Custody, Depositary, Transfer Agent) for AIFMD European fund structures domiciled in Luxembourg and Ireland, in particular the ELTIF regime. - Experience with Alternative Funds and Private Markets (Hedge Funds / Limited Partnerships etc, SPVS), carried interest/performance fee calculations and share capital management essential. - A good understanding and knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds is beneficial. Product Development, Legal and Compliance is also required. Skills that will help you in the role: - Strong communication (both verbal and written) and effective stakeholder management skills. Stakeholders include Legal, Compliance, Financial Controllers, Transfer Agent Management, Investment Management Operations, Client Services, Product Development and Sales and Marketing. - Excellent time management skills including an ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy while managing various client related and internal deadlines. - A detail-oriented self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team focused on exceeding clients' expectations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experienced in various accountancy platforms. - Fluency in another European language will constitute a competitive advantage. - Business, Finance or Accountancy Degree (or other relevant professional qualifications).
