ESG Product Reporting Specialist Associate- Sustainable Investing

Support the delivery of regulatory reporting from an IT/Ops perspective Understand key inputs including product and data elements, and types of narratives required for reporting on various regulatory aspects of ESG regulations Partner with IT, Portfolio Surveillance and Operations teams to source relevant data internally and help translate that data into reporting templates for all investment products on an ongoing basis Setup and maintenance of reporting templates for ESG regulatory product reporting (including, but not limited to SFDR, TCFD, SDR regulations), for annual reporting cycles, and implementation of new requirements Troubleshooting issues with regulatory reporting tech systems, and main vendor point of contact for technical issue resolution User profile creation and user permissions and access management in regulatory reporting tech systems Delivery of monthly ESG data (such as the European ESG Template) to MSIM's data dissemination partners Working with the Digital team to ensure the relevant versions of sustainability disclosures are uploaded onto MSIM websites The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset; an entrepreneurial, collaborative disposition; and a commitment to advancing social and environmental outcomes. 1-5 years of relevant analytical experience Experience or educational credentials with focus on data analysis/engineering, computer science or relevant quantitative field Experience working with large datasets, preferably ESG data and frameworks or having knowledge of ESG reporting conventions and emerging standards gained in an audit and reporting capacity. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, as this is a fast-paced role supporting several business teams High level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors or discrepancies, and investigate solutions or escalate as required Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including investment teams, Client Reporting, Client Relationship Management, Operations, Portfolio Surveillance Strong academic credentials and/or professional experience in investment management or data analysis Minimum bachelor's degree Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
