Equity Structured Products Java Developer, Director, P4, Institutional Securities Technology

> Working in an Agile environment with our users across Sales, Trading, Operations, Finance, and collaborate with Strats team to strategically renovate our structured products representation and all systems front-to-back that consume these products. > Involve in the full development lifecycle of the project to ensure we iteratively deliver value to our stakeholders. > Collaborate and engage with colleagues and technologists globally to drive both the platform's resiliency and scalability. > Level 3 support to the users of the platform during the regional hours The candidate should have experience with design and development Java 8+, an aptitude for understanding complex enterprise-scale systems and good problem-solving abilities. A keen interest in the latest development tools and an enthusiasm for both technology and the business domain are required. Experience with Angular / Scala is a plus. > In-depth knowledge and solid commercial experience of Java 8+ > Experience in automated testing and continuous integration platforms > Good architectural knowledge, and experience working with frameworks & distributed environments. > Desire to learn new technologies and business domain knowledge. > Pragmatic attitude to problem solving within a front office environment. > HTML5 technologies, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript > Scala > Equity derivatives and structured products business domain knowledge > Experience in connectivity, pricing, pre-trade workflow, trade capture or post trade systems in Equities / FX / Fixed Income / Derivatives domain We work to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals can maximize their full potential.
