Workforce Technology & Services Workforce Technology & Services Provides the Firm's workforce with the technology, services and capabilities required to meet the needs of colleagues, partners and clients Platform Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ChatGPT Enterprise platform, including monitoring usage, managing access, and supporting user onboarding. Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate ChatGPT functionality, integrations, and user experience across various enterprise scenarios and to own critical quality assurance reporting. Automation Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain automated testing pipelines using tools such as Python, PowerShell Postman etc. Issue Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and help resolve bugs or performance issues; escalate critical findings to the vendor. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of test plans, results, and operational procedures; contribute to dashboards and reporting tools. Security & Compliance Checks: Support testing of security controls, including DLP, access restrictions, and audit logging, in collaboration with governance teams. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to testing coverage, automation strategies and APIs, and operational workflows. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role 4 years+ of experience in IT operations, QA engineering, or enterprise software support. Experience with testing tools such as Postman or PyTest; scripting experience in Python or PowerShell is a plus. Experience with tools such as Service Now and Jira is strongly preferred. Experience in enterprise environments, especially in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
