Director of Brand Sponsorships

Support the Sponsorship & Marketing team in executing the long-term strategy for brand partnerships and sponsorships that drive visibility and engagement across key audiences. Contribute to the evolution and application of evaluation criteria for sponsorship opportunities to ensure alignment with brand values, business priorities, and audience interests. Coordinate day-to-day execution with external and internal partners (e.g., agencies, properties, brand ambassadors, creative, media, social, and events teams) to deliver integrated marketing experiences that maximize sponsorship value. Manage logistics and fulfillment for advertising and branded materials tied to sponsorships and ambassador agreements, including drafting and organizing creative briefs. Support campaign implementation by assisting with creative development, photo shoots, content production, and trafficking deliverables for internal review and approval. Assist with content planning and development to extend sponsorship value across social and owned media. Collaborate with analytics and research teams to track KPIs and measure the performance of sponsorship activations, providing input on reports and dashboards. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to share project updates, flag dependencies, and help ensure alignment with timelines and goals. 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship activation or integrated marketing working with sponsorship properties, leagues, teams/clubs, ambassadors and/or influencers. Brand side experience a plus. Proven experience supporting sponsorship execution, brand storytelling, and activation development that drives measurable impact. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines. Possess strong creative instincts and judgment-interest in popular culture, specifically sports, art, and entertainment a plus Experience translating business objectives into effective partnership and campaigns; experience crafting creative briefs to inspire and galvanize agency partners to deliver breakthrough creative solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable contributing to internal reviews and presenting updates to stakeholders. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
