Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: Analytical skills - Analyze data to identify key trends and anomalies for key business metrics. Problem solving skills - Ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations. Develop a suite of processes needed for data analysis, trends identification & and detect data discrepancies. Teamwork skills - The candidate must be flexible in their work style and be able to work collaboratively with A&D team-members in Mumbai, NY/NJ, and Budapest. Provide reporting support as needed. 6-9 years' experience in data-centric role Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Data & Analytics and/or Financial Services is a plus. Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of accountability/ownership. Must be a self-starter and a quick learner, able to prioritize and delegate effectively to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint Experience or knowledge in these skills is a plus - Snowflake, Hadoop, Python, Dataiku, Tableau Ability to work in a team environment and partner with multiple individuals across various groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong diligence, aptitude for working with numerical information. Experience and strong aptitude in using different data environments. Demonstrated effectiveness with both oral and written communication. Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities. Experience in managing a small team (2-3 headcount) is a plus.
