Preferable exposure to Investment Management/ Financial Serviced Industry Extensive experience in working as a Business Analyst across platform/ strategic transformation initiatives with working knowledge of Automation and Data Analytics tools (PowerBI, Alteryx / Tableu/ Power Apps) The ideal candidate needs to possess great communication skills. Confident and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders/ partners across Transformation and Run the bank organization and deliver exceptional business outcomes and services. They will understand and focus on process and technology and have sound judgment and problem-solving skills. > Demonstrates a clear understanding of the business they support and client requirements. > Strong Business analysis and Project management > Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. > Working knowledge on tools like PowerBI/ Alteryx/ Tableau and power apps > Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Power Point, Excel, Project, and Visio. > Strong client service focus, interpersonal and excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to facilitate and execute the analysis of data and technical issues. > Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery. > Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, accountability, ownership. > Ability to follow-up & close out deliverables with teams at offshore / remote locations > Ability to act as a bridge between multiple Operations and Technology areas. > Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution. > Ability to multitask and prioritize functions and tasks.
