Preferable exposure to Investment Management/ Financial Serviced Industry Extensive experience in working as a Business Analyst across platform/ strategic transformation initiatives with working knowledge of Automation and Data Analytics tools (PowerBI, Alteryx / Tableu/ Power Apps) The ideal candidate needs to possess great communication skills. Ability to facilitate and execute the analysis of data and technical issues. > Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery. > Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, accountability, ownership. > Ability to follow-up & close out deliverables with teams at offshore / remote locations > Ability to act as a bridge between multiple Operations and Technology areas. > Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution. > Ability to multitask and prioritize functions and tasks.
