Provide wealth management marketing expertise at the individual FA/Team level, particularly as it relates to leveraging digital marketing channels to strengthen client relationships through a consistent and deliberate communication strategy. Collaborate with marketing teams across wealth and investment management to source, produce and prioritize timely, unique, and thematic content that is aligned with individual FA/Team preferences and demand. Coordinate with platform stakeholders to ensure content is available across the suite of digital marketing channels including web, social media and email. Provide hands on coaching and training to Digital VEAs delivering bespoke digital marketing and communication strategies by ensuring the right content is being delivered to the right client/audience through the right channel and ensure FAs/Teams are receiving a high-quality experience. Manage, lead and develop Digital VEA Associate Desk Managers (ADMs) across multiple locations to provide scale to coaching, training and development functions across the Digital VEA Desk. Act as point of escalation for all matters sourced from Financial Advisors, Field Management, Home Office content/platforms teams and control partners. Evaluate and report out on metrics related to the health, productivity and impact of the Digital VEA Desk. Represent the interests of the Digital VEA Desk and support VEA Program Leadership as needed. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
