Development Team Lead (Hybrid)

Be responsible for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Build internal networks, both with the business and other technology teams. Own changes all the way from inception to deployment in production and implement new functionalities. Use experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and best practices to identify process gaps or areas for improvement with a constant focus on scalability and stability. Communicate across various regional teams. Experience in managing team and team deliverables. Experience in coordinating with stakeholders to meet project milestones. Good communication skills and experience working with global teams 6+ years of experience in developing application using Java/Python or Angular technologies. Experience in test tools like Junit, JBehave, Concordian etc. Good knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high-quality deliverables.
