As a member of a software development squad, you will: Design & develop innovative, reliable solutions using latest technology architecture Take ownership of the technology platforms Drive the modernization and agile agenda Collaborate and understand the needs and problems of our business lines 3 to 7 years of post-academic work experience with Java A good knowledge of Unix/Linux platform and networking Experience developing client-server, distributed, real-time, performance-critical, highly available, or large-scale systems Experience building real time applications in Multithreading for a Unix/Linux platform 2 to 3 years of experience with the development of UI using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, jQuery Experience working with Source Code Management solutions like (ex. Git, Perforce, CVS) Proficiency with Enterprise level database (DB2 /Snowflake / NoSQL MongoDB) and SQL Problem solving/Mathematical/Analytical Version control (e.g. Perforce, Git) Experience testing software (e.g. Unit testing, using frameworks, performance testing/ tuning) Exposure to Investment management and Risk Management businesses Experience using Power BI and data analysis technologies Experience using Python/ Jupyter notebooks At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
