Data & Analytics Engineering
This is Vice President position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead and mentor a team of data management and distribution professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to align data management and distribution strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on data-related opportunities and risks.

What you'll bring to the role:
- 8-16 years of experience in designing and building highly resilient data platforms
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, architecture, and data modelling
- Experience in platforms like Snowflake, DBT and Apache AirFlow.
- Experience in building datawarehouse. Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Airflow, Databricks
- Experience on building applications on cloud (Azure)
- Strong programming skills (Python, optionally Java / Scala) with the willingness to pick up other languages
- Prior experience in working with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, working with PR-s, using JIRA, following the Scrum Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have skills:
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycles of complex OTC derivative products like Swaps, Options, FX Forward and other financial derivatives in the context of regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with standard devops tools - Jenkins, Sonar, Jira
